Lambs' Tales Books was started in 1988 as a new bookshop
by James and Elizabeth Lamb. Elizabeth until then had been a librarian
with Devon Library Services.
In 1990 due to a surfeit of our own books we decided to go into the
secondhand book trade as well and over the years this has now become our
sole trading activity.
While having a shop we also developed our internet trading and decided to
explore having a book stall at various local events which can be found on
our diary page. It is now only these two activities that make up our
business.
